Overview of the Role
- Develop lesson plans to improve students' literacy skills.
- Communicate effectively with students, families and schools to create tailored learning experiences.
- Work closely with students, families and schools to implement evidence-based instruction.
- Teach secondary English and humanities to students with learning difficulties.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and educators to provide a supportive learning environment.
- Implement instructional strategies grounded in scientific research to enhance student outcomes.
- Provide instruction in secondary English and humanities subjects for students with varying abilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, experience working with children who face learning challenges, and training in scientifically supported literacy methods. A degree in Education or a related field is required for this role.
Essential Qualifications:- Proven ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based literacy instruction techniques.
