Position Overview: ACRWORLD is in search of a dedicated and skilled Production Equipment Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency at a food manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the seamless functioning of our production machinery, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while actively participating in improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery to guarantee optimal performance and reduce downtime.
  • Engage with fillers, laminators, ovens, mixers, and other essential machinery.
  • Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions in production.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
  • Assist in implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency and product quality.
  • Accurately document operational activities and maintenance procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar capacity within a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Skilled in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software related to production operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
