Job Title: Centre Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our retail centre. As a Centre Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining effective relationships with our retail tenants and community stakeholders.The Role
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and analysing budgets to ensure the asset's financial performance is optimised.
  • Establish relationships with retailers to understand market conditions and fluctuations in their business.
  • Manage the Retail Manager and Centre Administration Manager, providing leadership and guidance to ensure activities are prioritised and completed efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and developments that may impact the centre.
  • Develop and implement a retail engagement strategy with the Retail and Administration Manager.
  • Monitor lease compliance and guide the Retail Managers in driving refurbishments to ensure a seamless retailer onboarding process.
  • Contribute to operational asset leasing processes, ensuring the retail mix aligns with the short-term strategy for the centre.
  • Oversee management of critical retailers and review debt reports for presentation to senior stakeholders.
  • Actively manage and communicate operational issues affecting retailer performance in conjunction with the Operations team.

  • Experience in commercial property management or facilities services.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • A customer service-focused and flexible approach, with a solution-oriented mindset.
