Lead Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aquatic Program Coordinator to join our team at the Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre (GRAC). As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging swimming lessons that promote water safety and confidence-building skills in school-aged children.
About the Role:- Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and students to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of aquatic programs that align with YMCA Victoria's values and goals
- Accredited Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (AUSTSWIM or equivalent)
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- Demonstrated experience in teaching swimming lessons to children
