Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support

- Conduct optical dispensing tasks, including recommending lenses and interpreting prescriptions

- Fit and edge lenses on-site

- Perform general retail duties, including maintaining customer records and placing orders

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a retail environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

- Strong organizational skills and time management

- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
