About the Role

We are seeking motivated and passionate Personal Care Workers to join our direct care team in the Merri-bek area. This is a community-based position, where services will be completed in our customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care that enhances our customers' wellbeing and deliver high-quality support, maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life.
  • Work closely with our Delivery Support Leads to ensure success and receive coaching and mentorship.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Individual Support or Home and Community Care or Cert IV Disability, Bach/Dip of Nursing or completed first-year study towards it.
  • Current minimum Level 2 First Aid Certificate
  • Own roadworthy vehicle and valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Your own smartphone (either Android or Apple)
  • Good verbal and written communication and basic computer skills required
  • At least two doses of the COVID-19 Vaccinations
  • Medication training will be highly regarded (HLTHPS006/CHCCS305C)
