Lead Learning and Teaching Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate professional to lead our learning and teaching initiatives. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge of current best practices in education, including the Victorian Curriculum. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective learning and teaching strategies to improve student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and achievement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school (desirable)
  • Current VIT registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
