Job Description

The Senior Team Lead - Delivery is a key role within the Entsia Delivery team, responsible for leading a team of Implementation Consultants and ensuring the successful delivery of large and complex technology projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and people management skills, with a strong ability to work under broad direction and motivate their team to meet service and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of Implementation Consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of large and complex technology projects, ensuring they are completed on-time, on-budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Commercial Acumen: Drive commercial outcomes for Entsia, applying business acumen and commercial skills to all decisions.
  • Configuration and Implementation: Utilize the full suite of configuration tools within the Entsia platform to implement business rules and financial calculations, and undertake unit, system, and functional testing as required.
  • Customer Focus: Respond to customer enquiries, requirement elicitation, and documentation scope management, and produce customer-facing documentation as required.
  • Compliance and Governance: Comply with company policies and procedures on the handling of personal data, data confidentiality, and information security.
