About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Marine Walk-to-Work vessel initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of the Walk to Work vessel strategy, specification, build or conversion and ensuring timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong maritime operational experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage logistics challenges effectively. They will also possess key non-technical requirements such as people management and continuous improvement skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the Walk to Work vessel strategy
  • Managing marine emergency response
  • Investigating and learning from maritime HSSE incidents
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient and reliable execution of marine activities

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have a qualified Naval Architect / Marine Engineer Class 1 qualification, 10 years of experience in Maritime Projects and experience in marine contract management and HSSE accountability.
