Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Garment Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring our garments meet the highest standards of quality and fit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment technology, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. They will be responsible for attending fit sessions, creating accurate records of fit comments, and ensuring that fit comments for suppliers are processed efficiently and accurately.

About the Role

The Garment Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the design team to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. They will also be responsible for assisting the Production Coordinator/s in managing tech packs, interpreting designer specifications, and ensuring that garments fits meet standard sizing across multiple suppliers.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate within a team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. If you are a problem solver, self-starter, and optimist who loves working independently, then we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend fit sessions and create accurate records of fit comments
  • Ensure fit comments for suppliers are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Assist the Production Coordinator/s in managing tech packs
  • Interpret designer specifications and measurements for accurate garments fits
  • Ensure that garments fits meet standard sizing across multiple suppliers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role, with knowledge or experience in garment technology
  • Strong attention to detail with an organized approach
  • Time-management skills to keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently
