We are seeking a dedicated personal carer to join our care team.
The role of the Personal Care Worker is instrumental in ensuring high-quality care for residents. They will support residents to live their lives with choice and independence, contributing to their physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs.
Key responsibilities include implementing clinical interventions, assisting with personal care and hygiene, and prioritizing workloads.
About this role:
- Certificate III in individual support or equivalent qualification is required.
- Experience in dementia support and effective interpersonal communication is essential.
- A demonstrated ability to provide holistic care and respect for residents' privacy and dignity is necessary.
