Warehouse Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time role with standard hours scheduled Monday - Friday every week, with occasional weekend shifts required based on business need.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Inspect items for damage or faults prior to dispatch.
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and inventory space tidy.
  • Organize warehouse and work area for optimal efficiency.
  • Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner using the inventory system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery processes.
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent repeat issues.
  • Record all stock movements accurately in the inventory system.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have experience operating Mac computers for order fulfillment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
