Painter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Painter Specialist to join our team at UGL. As a Painter Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of surface finishing in our oil and gas industry projects.

1. Apply advanced painting techniques to ensure a high-quality finish on various surfaces.
2. Work in confined spaces, including tanks and mechanical areas, to apply coatings and protective layers.
3. Collaborate with our team to ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
4. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of STOPAQ and Humidor Applicator Certification.
5. Participate in training and upskilling programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
6. Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within our team.

1. MEM30305 Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Surface Finishing) or equivalent CERT III Painting qualification.
2. Valid offshore tickets (BOSIET, MSIC) and experience working in confined spaces.
3. STOPAQ & Humidor Applicator Certification and experience with Passive Fire Protection Coating application.
4. Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in gas test atmospheres.
5. Pass a VOC (Voice of Customer) assessment.
