Role Overview

The Cook plays a vital role in our restaurant operations, preparing fresh and delicious food for our guests. As a key member of the team, you will utilise your culinary expertise to produce high-quality products and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our Mexican kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards using fresh ingredients
  • Problem solve and provide expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

Requirements

  • Kitchen experience is advantageous, but coaching and training will be provided
  • Be open to learning, eager to develop new skills and a 'can do' attitude
