Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Working under the supervision of our head chef, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist chefs with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and preparing ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and cookware.
  • Unpack and store deliveries, rotate stock, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform various tasks as directed by the chef or kitchen supervisor, such as running errands or plating dishes.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, adapt to new situations, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
