About Our Design Studio

We're a dynamic and driven team at Plantation Homes, dedicated to delivering award-winning experiences for our customers. Our Design Studio is the heart of our operation, where our Interior Design Stylists play a key role in bringing our customers' dream homes to life.

Your Role

As an experienced Interior Design Stylist, you'll partner with customers to realise their design visions, inspiring, supporting, and educating them throughout the process. You'll facilitate colour and electrical design consultations, host inspiration sessions in our Studio, and be hands-on in our showroom presentations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate colour and electrical design consultations with customers
  • Host inspiration sessions in our Design Studio
  • Participate in showroom presentations
  • Work closely with customers to understand their design visions and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on interior design and colour selection
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality design solutions

Your Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Interior Design (e.g. Cert IV Interior Design & Decoration)
  • Experience in colour selection and interior consulting
  • Ability to interpret and work with residential building plans
  • Exceptional customer-centric presentation and communication skills
  • Proven high-volume administrative skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in time management
  • A collaborative approach to supporting a busy team in achieving high quality
