About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant - Personal Finance Operator to join our team at our Shepparton store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in our Personal Finance department.
  • Process transactions in line with regulatory, legislative, and operational requirements.
  • Utilize your knowledge of personal finance to assist customers in finding suitable solutions.
  • Proactively promote personal finance products and services throughout the store to drive new business.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect when interacting with customers.
  • Work towards achieving individual and store targets.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong understanding of the sales process and is passionate about meeting targets.
  • Can build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
  • Has a basic understanding of the personal finance industry and its principles.
  • Is interested in technology and has basic Microsoft suite skills.
  • Has previous experience in a customer service role.
