">- Design and implement engaging and effective learning programs for kindergarten students, aligning with Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and relevant curriculum policies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, promoting open communication and collaborative partnerships.
- Assess, record, and report student progress, using data to inform instruction and drive student outcomes.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and incorporating new ideas into your teaching practice.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
">- Hold a suitable qualification and NESA accreditation (or be eligible).
- Be able to demonstrate excellent teaching skills, as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
- Have an active Christian faith and be committed to our school's values and mission.
- Be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of our school community.
- Hold a current Employee Working With Children Check.
