Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional face-to-face and telephone customer service and sales, assisting customers in finding innovative design solutions, and preparing project quotations. Additionally, they will maintain store stock levels and general housekeeping while adhering to strict safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions and drive sales through effective customer interactions.
  • Assist customers in finding design solutions and prepare project quotations.

About You

  • A proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience within the retail and/or building industry is preferred.
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
