Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver IPS vocational services tailored to meet the unique needs of young people with mental health difficulties
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless integration of care
  • Support young people in achieving their education and employment goals through vocational planning and guidance
Requirements:
  • Possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant human services discipline
  • Have experience working with young people who have mental health difficulties
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of vocational planning and employment lead creation
  • Be proficient in computer skills and technology administration
  • Hold current certification for Blue Card and NDIS worker screening clearance
