Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and delivery, and help to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in aged care.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and excellence in care.
- Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies such as nursing.
- Experience in a personal care role in aged care (desirable).
- Commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and support their needs.
