We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team as an Early Intervention Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with kindergarten educators and families in the community to build their capacity to support young children's learning.

As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will enhance the professional and parenting practices of educators and families to benefit all the children under their care. You will create an environment for kindergarten-aged children that promotes improved speech, language, social interaction, and early literacy outcomes, as well as self-regulation and positive behaviors.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small multidisciplinary team that delivers capacity building school readiness sessions at kindergartens across the region. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues and develop strong relationships with kindergarten educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver capacity building school readiness sessions at kindergartens
  • Work with kindergarten educators and families to build their capacity to support young children's learning
  • Enhance the professional and parenting practices of educators and families

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in allied health
