Job Title: Network Service Coordinator

This is a key role in the Network, responsible for providing efficient and effective administration services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Lead and coordinate administrative staff to ensure seamless Network functioning.
  • • Develop and implement process improvements to meet performance requirements.
  • • Manage cost centre budgets, including FTE.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • • Utilize initiative, organisational and problem solving skills to manage workflows.
  • • Maintain high level use of Microsoft suite of programs.
  • • Produce professional written materials, including briefs, plans and reports.
  • • Possess current unrestricted drivers' licence and willingness to drive/travel as required.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will possess a strong understanding of processes and procedures, with the ability to make informed decisions.

  • • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
