About the Role
  • Provide assistance with daily life activities, ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
  • Help maintain residents' physical and mental well-being.
  • Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments as needed.
  • Act as a friend and advocate for our residents.

Key qualifications include:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Health Services Assistant or Individual Support (or studying Bachelor of Nursing).
  • Previous experience working as a caregiver or similar role.
  • Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
