About the Firm

Our esteemed family law practice is renowned for its supportive and friendly culture, boasting a team of Accredited Specialists and Senior Top-tier Lawyers dedicated to mentoring their juniors and fostering professional growth.

Role Overview

In this role, you will mentor Junior Lawyers, supported by a highly experienced Paralegal team managing marketing, BD, and invoicing. Your caseload will encompass property settlements, parenting orders, de facto and same-sex relationships, divorce, mediation, and domestic violence.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years PAE in Family Law, preferably from private practice.
  • An Accredited Specialist is highly desirable.
  • You must have proven ability to achieve billable targets and manage a team.
  • A strong commitment to client service and teamwork is essential.
