About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Radiographer to lead our team at PRP Diagnostic Imaging. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of radiographers to provide exceptional patient care and diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of radiographers to achieve high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Collaborate with doctors, practice leaders, and technical teams to ensure smooth practice operations and maximize bookings and revenue
• Manage patient debt and identify opportunities to improve processes
• Act as an escalation point for issues and provide coaching and mentoring to team members

Requirements

• Current Chief or Senior Radiographer with a proven track record of creating high-performing teams
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to mentor graduates to senior technicians
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness
• Current unconditional AHPRA registration and NSW EPA Licence and Working with Children Check
