Job Title: Senior Quantitative Research Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Research Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in evaluating research opportunities, managing research projects, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

  • This role involves conducting end-to-end research to inform business decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development of research methodologies.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating research programmes, leading projects, and mentoring junior researchers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in quantitative research, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You will also need to have a deep understanding of research methodologies, including survey design, data analysis, and interpretation.

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains, preferably in research roles.
  • Expertise in quantitative research methods, including log analysis, internal metrics triangulation, survey design, response effects, sampling, crosstabs, and statistical concepts.
  • Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods, including interviews, diary studies, direct observation, and think-aloud usability testing.
