The Role Overview

  • Casual/Part-Time with growth potential (in-person or hybrid options available)
  • Flexible hours to suit family life or study, with some after-hours/weekend availability preferred
  • Work closely with our team to support enquiry follow-up, consult calls, and onboarding for new families
  • You'll help parents feel confident in their decision and kids feel excited to start
  • You'll follow our lead management process using Enrollio and Notion, with clear training and SOPs
  • Monthly bonuses available based on enrolment success

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with people and make them feel understood
  • Be proactive, organised, and emotionally intelligent
  • Identify what a parent really needs, even when they don't say it
  • Love a good system and be willing to follow a process (hello Notion and Enrollio)
  • Believe in what we do and how we do it—and back it with pride
  • Hold a valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
