Job Description:

Early Childhood Educator (Room Leader)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Early Childhood Educator to lead our close-knit team of educators in providing a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment for our children. Your infectious enthusiasm and passion for early years education will inspire our team to deliver high-quality programs that promote child development.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting 'School ReadY', managing compliance, and engaging with our wonderful children and families. If you have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent, hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent, and can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Infectious enthusiasm and passion for early years education and care
  • Hold a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
  • Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
  • Previous experience in children services, developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-year olds
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
