About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our Goodstart Early Learning Centre in Osborne. As a key member of our Centre Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our Teachers and Educators, while driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Deliver our bespoke learning program, build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, and work with your team to plan for the future of your centre.
  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth, maintain a revenue-generating business, and build the attendance pipeline.
  • Community Engagement: Form strong relationships with children, families, and communities, and understand the significance of your role in their lives.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services, and delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
