Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging play-based learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children through effective safety checks and risk management

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Experience in working with children and families in a childcare setting
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check and First Aid and CPR certificates
