At National 360, we're seeking a dedicated Professional to join our Perth-based team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with participants, families and stakeholders to deliver meaningful support in community, clinic and telehealth settings.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide advocacy services, conduct comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments and design person-centred Behaviour Support Plans that promote positive change.

We welcome applications from experienced professionals who hold a relevant bachelor's degree, have prior experience in community or private settings and meet the PBS Capability Framework requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing strong relationships with participants, families and stakeholders to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  • Conducting thorough Functional Behaviour Assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviour.
  • Designing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans that are tailored to individual needs and promote positive outcomes.
  • Providing education and training to carers and support teams to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and promoting best practice in Behaviour Support.
Requirements
  • A relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy).
  • Prior experience in community or private settings.
  • Meet the PBS Capability Framework requirements.
