We're redefining aged care therapy with our resident-first model that's evidence-based, collaborative, and truly rewarding. As a key member of a large, supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver personalized treatment plans that empower residents to live well.

You'll help roll out our innovative therapy model by:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and providing clinical recommendations
  • Developing falls prevention and mobility programs
  • Delivering one-on-one and group-based functional therapy
  • Prescribing equipment and managing skin integrity
  • Leading active aging services that are fun and engaging

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Australian working rights
  • The willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Check
