Lead Testing and Quality Assurance

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating and executing testing activities for large-scale systems integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture a learning culture within the team by promoting Agile and Lean ways of working.
  • Establish and enhance Automation, Performance, and Functional QA capabilities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Design test objectives, organisational test policies, test strategies and test plans in partnership with other test leads.
  • Implement effective reporting and analytics to support informed decision making.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading Quality Assurance/Test teams.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a testing role.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, NUnit, etc.
  • Experience with testing high volume transactional systems is preferred.
  • ISTQB certification is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment methodologies is desired.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Qtest, TOSCA is considered beneficial.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid - 2 days home / 3 days on site (may be flexible).
