Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in DFO Moorabbin. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining store visual merchandising standards and achieving sales goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control store expenses to achieve budget targets.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance store performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Experience in managing a team of 2 or more.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPIs.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and empower a team.
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store.
  • Interest in fashion and trends.
  • Pride in personal style and presentation.
