Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Access Psych. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychology and experience working with clients with a range of mental health conditions. You will be responsible for providing evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients, as well as working collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
- Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
- Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards;
- Must be able to see clients face to face but can be a hybrid TH/F2F role.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- General Psychologist Registered AHPRA;
- Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation;
- You have permanent residency in Australia;
- You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
- You want to be part of a dynamic, social, and hard-working team.
- Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
