About The Job
The NPI Procurement Officer will report to the Procurement Manager – NPI and be responsible for delivering technical and commercial purchasing support to internal teams. Key responsibilities include sourcing materials, performing full-cycle purchasing activities, leading procurement activities, and managing supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
  1. SOURCE AND NEGOTIATE SUPPLIER AGREEMENTS FOR NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION.
  2. COLLABORATE WITH ENGINEERING TEAMS TO ENSURE PROTOTYPES MEET SPECIFICATIONS.
  3. DEFINE PROCESS FLOWS FOR PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES TO MEET PROJECT TIMELINES.
  4. DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT KPIs TO OPTIMIZE INVENTORY LEVELS AND COST CONTROL.
  5. ANALYZE AND IMPROVE PROCUREMENT PROCESSES TO ENHANCE QUALITY STANDARDS.
  6. ATTEND INDUSTRY EVENTS TO STAY UPDATED ON NEW TECHNOLOGIES.

About You
We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead procurement activities for engineering projects and new product introductions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative sourcing solutions, ensuring on-time availability of critical materials, and achieving cost savings through effective supplier negotiations and cost control measures while maintaining the highest quality standards.
