Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Analyst to join our team at RSM. As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our clients' tax returns and financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and review tax returns for corporate entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct in-depth research on tax issues and draft technical papers and advice to support our clients' business needs.
- Prepare and deliver in-house tax training to our team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, including assessable income, allowable deductions, capital allowances, fringe benefits tax, capital gains tax, loss provisions, transfer pricing, and withholding tax.
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored tax solutions to support their growth and success.
Requirements:
- Business/Commerce/Finance degree with Accounting Major.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality tax services to clients.
