Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
- Supervise and guide nursing team members to achieve optimal results.
- Support patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care through education and guidance.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care outcomes.
- Serve as a role model for safe practices and continuous learning.
- Autority to Work in Australia.
- Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in an acute setting.
- Previous ICU experience highly regarded.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
