We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Specialist to join our team at Carlton & United Breweries. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for launching and activating our CUB National Game Plan across brand and innovation to shoppers in the on and off premise channels for liquor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute 360 Integrated Marketing Campaigns
    • Leverage your understanding of CUB's brand strategies and channel strategies to support the delivery of CUB Marketing National Game Plan activities that drive business growth.
    • Shape and launch big bet 360 Integrated Brand Campaigns that attract shopper conversion and drive brand equity above and below the line.
  • Support Go to Market Launches
    • Support the Go to Market launches of our award-winning innovation pipeline to shoppers, contributing to our awareness and conversion plan in the on and off premise channels.
  • Execute Shopper Activation Plans
    • Execute all shopper activation plans DIFOT (delivered in full on time) & within budget.
  • Post Campaign Reviews
    • Support on Post Campaign Reviews for all big bet activity to ensure we are achieving positive ROIs.
  • Salesforce and Sales Briefing
    • Provide targeting recommendation or guidelines and develop and implement salesforce opportunity content for activities to the agreed in-market timelines.
    • Develop and present sales briefing content for activities to the agreed in-market timelines.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Deliver clear expectations to field teams of execution standards through developing the Pictures of Success and shared via s ASM Briefing, Roadshows and relevant sell in materials.
    • Support the customer engagement plan on and off premise to ensure we are engaging with the right customer contacts at the right time to maximise the potential for our activity and investment.
  • Agency Partnerships
    • Build strong, strategic, relationships with agency partners providing clarity on CUB & customer priorities to deliver inspired & world class shopper marketing programs across our IMC and NPD launches.
About You
  • 3-5 years commercial experience gained within sales, marketing, or shopper / trade marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business/Commerce preferred.
  • Experience in a trade or customer marketing function preferred.
  • Ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Understanding of the shopper's path to purchase.
  • Deep passion and understanding of consumer and shopper behavior.
