Technical Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This includes analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, and ensuring that these solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent technical skills, as well as strong communication and project management skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and ensure that they are completed to the highest standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tech Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform - specifically Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and customer Portals
  • Strong experience with customization, configuration, development in D365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports and dashboards
  • Knowledge of data integration and system integration using API's, RESTful services and other methods
