About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant in Singleton. This is a fixed-term position, ideally starting in November and running through to January, to support our teams during our busy festive and back-to-school periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Support all aspects of store operations, including replenishing stock and maintaining a presentable store environment
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases
  • Cash handling and processing sales transactions
  • Process and replenish stock to meet customer demand
  • Ensure visual merchandise standards are upheld to create an engaging shopping experience
