We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Residential Aged Care team based in the Ryde NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and caregivers to provide clinical support and coordinate services.
- Conduct regular supervision sessions to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage customer relationships and address clinical aspects as required.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Proven track record in Aged Care leadership.
- In-depth clinical knowledge.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for senior care.
