Job Overview

This Behavioral Therapist position plays a critical role in our Psychiatry Office, delivering individual and group therapy to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective therapeutic interventions to promote patient well-being
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and data analysis to support organizational objectives

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Current licensure as an LISW, LPCC, IMFT, or LICDC (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • At least three years of behavioral health clinical experience, preferably in intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization settings

You will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements
