Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Acute Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in a low and medium secure hospital setting.
About the Role: This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and discharging patients safely. You will also be responsible for medication management, quality assurance, and leading and managing the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Ensure that patients are assessed, treated, and discharged safely.
- Medication Management: Manage patient medication effectively and safely.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of patient care meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: You must have experience working in psychiatry within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Qualifications: You must hold a Full GMC Registration and be in good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
- Skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
