About the Role- We are seeking an Optical Dispenser to join our team in Beenleigh, where you will support our Optometrists in providing patients with expert advice on eye care and visual health.
- Your enthusiasm and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will be invaluable in building trust and loyalty with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Optometrists to provide patients with accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Dispense glasses with various lens options, considering individual patient needs and preferences.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by maintaining open communication with colleagues and management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months optical experience and retail/customer service experience.
- Cert IV Dispensing qualification is highly desired, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work accurately under pressure and maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.
