**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kings Park. As an educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, promoting their learning and development.

**About the Role**

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualised care and education to children aged 0-5 years;
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that cater to the needs of each child;
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent;
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A warm and nurturing personality.
