We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Kaizen Global Technologies. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions that drive business impact. You will work with large-scale data, build scalable ML models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
About the Role:- Data Engineering: Design and develop ML models for business use cases, including regression, classification, and clustering.
- AI/ML Solution Development: Implement, test, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to build feature stores and pipelines.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior ML engineers and data scientists in research and development.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Architect ML solutions using cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Data Processing: Work with large-scale data processing technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Teradata.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Python, R, Java, or Scala.
- ML Algorithm Experience: Experience with ML algorithms like SVMs, Decision Trees, Neural Networks, and Ensemble Methods.
- Cloud-Based Deployment: Proficiency in cloud-based ML deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Big Data Tools: Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Statistical Modeling and NLP: Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, deep learning, and NLP.
- DevOps/MLOps and Containerization: Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in production-ready AI solutions.
