We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant.
- This is a rewarding role that requires you to provide day-to-day personal care for our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
You will work closely with the Registered Nurse on Duty and indirectly with the Director of Care to deliver high-quality person-centred care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Helping to create a home-like environment where residents feel safe and comfortable.
- Documenting service delivery outcomes in progress notes and charts using handheld devices.
- Interacting with residents in a kind, caring, and respectful manner.
