Salary: Up to $32.23 per hour, plus superannuation.
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Hassall Grove. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for our children. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
About Our Centre: Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Hassall Grove is conveniently located close to local shops and public schools, just minutes from the M7 motorway. With over 20 years of experience, our centre has developed lasting relationships with local schools and the Aboriginal Elders in the area. We take great pride in our Exceeding ACECQA rating, reflecting our commitment to excellence in all seven rated areas.
Your Role: As an Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our children. You will work closely with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the unique needs of each child. Your passion for early childhood education and your ability to create a safe and inclusive environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) and have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. A current NSW Working with Children Check is also required.
